On August 18th, 2025, we said goodbye to Tonga, one of GG Conservation’s most cherished lions. As his health declined, the sanctuary gave him the peaceful and dignified passing he deserved.

Tonga lived a long and extraordinary life, loved, protected, and admired by many around the world. I was fortunate to photograph him during my time at GG Conservation, and those moments now hold an even deeper meaning.

To honor his memory, I am releasing a limited commemorative print of Tonga. This print is more than just a photograph, it is a tribute to his spirit and a reminder of the importance of protecting lions everywhere.

50% of all profits will be donated directly to GG Conservation, helping them continue their vital mission of care and protection.
